How we work
A trusted partner, not just a DJ.
We remove the stress of planning and replace it with the confidence to fully experience an unforgettable celebration.
From here to the last song
What actually happens between booking and your wedding day.
01
A first conversation, not a form.
It starts with a coffee chat, not a sales pitch. We want to hear about the two of you and the day you're picturing, answer every question you have, and help you figure out which of our DJs is the right fit for your celebration.
02
Planning, at your pace.
Once you book, you're as involved as you want to be. Some couples want to plan every transition; others want us to guide the whole thing. Either way, everything lives in one place — the ShowFlow Planning Suite, built in-house — so nothing gets lost between a phone call and the wedding day.
03
Building your timeline.
Your must-plays, your do-not-plays, and the real shape of your reception get built out together, song by song and moment by moment. We work with venues across New Mexico regularly, so curfews, decibel limits, and load-in restrictions are already accounted for, not discovered on the day.
04
The week before.
By the final week, the plan is locked — the timeline, the must-plays, the order of the night, all sitting in ShowFlow where you and your DJ can both see it. Nothing left to figure out once your guests start arriving.
05
The day itself.
This is the part that's actually yours. No managing vendors, no keeping track of what's next — just being present with the people who matter most. Every transition, every announcement, every moment on the dance floor happens the way it's supposed to, because of the planning that got you here.
06
The handoff, covered.
We're a team, not a single person. If anything unexpected ever came up, any of our lead DJs could step in prepared, because your timeline and music plan live with Cutmaster Music — not just one individual.

Built in-house
The ShowFlow Planning Suite.
Every song, timeline detail, and must-play lives in one place — visible to you and your DJ, updated as your plans change, and still there on the day itself. Nobody else has this exact tool, because we built it ourselves to solve a real problem: too much of a wedding's music and timeline planning used to live in scattered texts and half-remembered conversations. Now it doesn't.

Most of our couples book six months to a year out, especially for popular wedding season dates.
If your date is sooner, reach out anyway — we'll let you know honestly whether we're available.
