Chris Romero started mixing Latin music in 2001. He is known around Albuquerque for scorching Salsa and Merengue sets that will bring anyone to their feet and is also known to mix in and out of different genres, bringing a familiarity to the music for those not accustomed to Latin styles. Chris has played for international acts such as Valle Son de Cuba, Havana NRG and can even be heard playing on the radio with KUNM's Salsa Sabrosa in Albuquerque 89.9 FM on Friday Nights. Recently, he shared a residency at Albuquerque's One Up Elevated Lounge, and at Salsa-Baby, Albuquerque's newest dance studio. His credentials and mixing speak for themselves, making Chris a top Latin DJ in New Mexico.
