Chris Romero started mixing Latin music in 2001. Being a regular at Albuquerque's Salsa hot spot, The Cooperage, dancing led to spinning the hottest Salsa hits. Chris is known for scorching Salsa and Merengue sets that will bring anyone to their feet. He is also known to add a hip-hop element to his sets, bringing a familiarity to the music for those not accustomed to Latin styles. Chris has played for international acts such as Valle Son de Cuba, Havana NRG and can even be heard playing on the radio with KUNM's Salsa Sabrosa in Albuquerque 89.9 FM on Friday Nights. His credentials and mixing speak for themselves, making Chris a top Latin DJ in Albuquerque.
