Chris Romero

Chris is the owner of Cutmaster Music and has been professionally DJ'ing since 2001. He has held several club residencies including Albuquerque's One Up Elevated Lounge, Neds Downtown, and the Paramount in Santa Fe. The club experience gives Chris the skills to handle the microphone and the ability to rock a party! He handles most of the DJ'ing and emcee'ing and specializes in weddings/clubs/and school dances, but really enjoys the art of mixing all genres and styles of music. With Chris, you get a DJ that can bring the versatility of "club-style" beatmatching, mixing, and scratching.

Chris's hobbies include snowboarding, mountain biking, salsa dancing, coaching high-school basketball, golfing, spending time with sons Jonas and Jude, and cheering on his sports teams the Pats, Celtics and Red Sox.

Thomas Singkanati

Thomas is coming to you with over ten years of DJ'ing experience in Albuquerque and surrounding areas. He spent three years as a resident DJ at Gotham/Midnight Rodeo and a small residency at Neds Down Town. Thomas was invloved with music at a very early age learning multiple instruments and even playing in the school band with Chris. He is now specializing in club style DJ'ing (beat matching) and knows ALL genre's of music! There isn't a dance that he can't handle.

Thomas's hobbies include playing basketball, sand volleyball, and spending time with friends, family, son Teryk and wife Melinda.

Joselyn Nelson

Joselyn is one of the veterans of Cutmaster Music. She has quickly moved up the ranks and finds herself getting better with each and every event. She works weekends with Cutmaster, while managing to go to school and teach dance! Music is in her blood and it shows in her performance. Joselyn specializes in weddings and school events.

Jos's hobbies include dancing, dancing, and dancing!

Eddie Torres

Eddie has been with Cutmaster Music for a while now. He specializes in lighting, manpower, and being eye-candy for the ladies...

Eddie's hobbies include flying down the road on his motorcycle, hanging out with his friends, and rocking parties with Cutmaster Music!

Alec Berve

Alec is a newcomer to Cutmaster Music. He is currently a student at UNM and is living the dorm life. He has always been interested in music and different forms of dance, currently taking hip-hop at school. Alec is learning the ropes to become a dj and is eager to get into the mix. He helps Cutmaster Music with school dances, weddings, and other high energy events. He has a great understanding of different types of music and is a great asset to have as Cutmaster Music progresses the mobile DJ scene in Albuquerque.

Alec's hobbies include golf, snowboarding, and giving into his alter-ego... DJ A-lectricity!

Monica Romero

Monica along with husband Chris, is a co-owner and founder of Cutmaster Music. Her role in the company is mainly concentrated in emcee'ing and the organizing of events. Her day job as a teacher makes her a wonderful asset when it comes to teaching dances and dealing with clients during their event planning. Monica specializes in weddings, school dances and parties.

Monica's hobbies include salsa dancing, reading to her sons Jude & Jonas, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Ernie Lopez

Ernie is also new to Cutmaster Music. He is currently a student and also a basketball coach at Manzano High School. He aspires to be a head coach and his experience with the high school demographic makes him a great asset with the school dances. Ernie loves music and takes a particular interest in hip-hop. He helps out Cutmaster with lighting, music requests, and other odds-n-ends to dj'ing.

Ernie's hobbies include coaching, doing things that are "big-time" like wearing huge watches, and doing whatever it takes "to get better..."

Rick Adcock

Rick is another veteran DJ with the Cutmaster crew! He's a great help at any event. He mainly runs the light show and works with others during events. Rick grew up in Los Lunas and is a mechanical engineering major at UNM.

Rick's hobbies include rodeo, snowboarding, reading, and he enjoys all types of music!

DJ Denali

Denali is the mascot of Cutmaster Music. He is always working on his skills with the 1's and 2's and specializes in scratching records, biting records, and eating records. His role in the company is to provide his 4 years of club expertise (but that's 28 dog years!) and also get rid of any crazy cats trying to disturb the peace.

Denali's hobbies include running, rolling over, playing in the grass, and will pretty much do anything for a bone!
